1. Shipping Information
We currently only ship orders to clients in South Africa
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. Customers can view the shipping costs for their order during the checkout process before making payment.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
Standard shipping usually takes 3 - 10 days.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at queries@designs4u.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and process the returned item(s).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
